We implemented RoyalERP across finance, procurement, inventory and project costing, migrated three years of historical data, and connected site supervisors through a lightweight mobile approval flow.
Outcome
Month-end close dropped from 15 working days to 4. Project managers now see committed cost and margin in real time, and duplicate purchasing across sites fell sharply in the first quarter.
