Requirements are captured as thin slices, demoed to the client every week or two, and adjusted before they harden. That keeps surprises small and feedback fast.
New joiners pair with an experienced team member on a live project from week one. By month three most people are running their own workstream and presenting directly to clients.
We deliberately keep meetings light and writing heavy — decisions live in short documents, not in people's heads. It makes the work easier to hand over and easier to pick back up.
