Challenge
Daily site reports arrived as scanned paper or informal messages. Programme managers had no reliable, current view of progress against plan.
Solution
We built a mobile capture app for site engineers — photos, headcount, plant, weather and progress notes — feeding a web dashboard with per-activity percent-complete and an automated end-of-day PDF.
Outcome
Every site now files a structured report before 6pm. Delay signals surface days earlier, and the client has a defensible photographic record for every working day.
