Challenge
The office tracked schedule in one tool, cost in another and cash flow in spreadsheets, so board reporting never quite reconciled.
Solution
We built an integration layer and a controls dashboard showing planned vs earned vs actual, forecast cost at completion, and a rolling cash-flow projection per project and for the portfolio.
Outcome
Board packs that took a week to assemble now generate on demand, and variances are caught in the month they occur rather than at quarter end.
